✓ Minimum credit score of 600 for financially responsible applicants. Scores of 590–599 may be considered based on the overall application. Applicants below 590 are not eligible.

✓ Positive rental history, including no recent evictions (typically within the past 5 years) and no outstanding landlord balances.

✓ Criminal background screening completed in accordance with applicable laws. Decisions are based on the nature, severity, and recency of offenses—no blanket denials.

✓ Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all adult applicants.

✓ Pets, if applicable, must meet property guidelines and complete the required PetScreening profile.

✓ Applications are subject to verification of income, identity, rental history, and other screening criteria in compliance with Fair Housing laws.
