My approach to property management is shaped by more than 25 years as a real estate investor. My wife and I own rental properties in Georgia, Florida, Texas, and Illinois, and we’ve worked with multiple management companies as clients while also managing several of our own properties directly. That experience—on both sides of the relationship—drives the investor‑focused system we use at Fox Real Estate.

Before expanding into property management, I spent decades leading large‑scale operations in the horticulture industry. My career included overseeing thousands of employees, managing hundreds of acres of production across multiple states, and directing complex logistics for major national retailers. Those years taught me the value of strong systems, clear communication, and consistent execution—principles that translate directly into how we care for client properties.

My connection to Lowndes County goes back more than 25 years. My first investment here was with my oldest daughter when she attended Valdosta State University; we bought a home together, she lived in it, and rented rooms to her classmates. I still own that home today. In 2020, my family built a house in Hahira, and after several years of splitting time between Georgia and Texas for my work, we moved here permanently in 2024. Our children attend Lowndes County schools, we’re active in our church, and I’m a member of the North Valdosta Rotary Club. We also operate Fox Family Farms just outside Hahira. Our family has also been involved in local development and home construction through partnerships in the later phases of Creekside West and in the building of new homes in Lowndes County. These experiences have strengthened our understanding of the local market and deepened our ties to the community.

Fox Real Estate Property Management reflects the values that matter to us: professionalism, transparency, and a genuine commitment to the community we call home. We treat every property with the same care and attention we expect for our own investments—and we’re proud to serve the people of Lowndes County.
